John Shearer is an Australian Mindfulness Master, Intuitive Life Coach, Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist, ACT Therapist and Professional Biohacker. What to expect from our interview:
- What mindfulness really is, how it can be helpful for dealing with negative thoughts and emotions, and how to start integrating it into your daily life
- Why developing a spiritual connection can be helpful when we are healing from something traumatic like cancer (and we don’t necessarily mean organized religion here)
- Opening yourself up to universal energy and how that can support your holistic healing
